NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. A camp credit will be issued to be used within one year of original reservation.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Deer Spring RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deer Springs RV Resort from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Deer Springs RV Resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Deer Springs RV Resort reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Any loss, damage, or injury caused by your pet will be your responsibility to handle and pay for. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Pet clean up fee will be charged at the rate of $75. PET FENCES REQUIRE A $75 DEPOSIT, PETS MUST BE LEASHED INSIDE THE PET FENCE UNLESS ADDITIONAL WAIVER IS SIGNED. Fences must be removed on lawn care days. 

Trash Policy: There is a $35 trash clean up fee for any trash left on your site. There is no trash pick up at this campground. You are responsible for taking your trash to the dumpsters. In addition, you will be charged a cigarette cleaning fee of $50 for any butts left on the site.

We do not permit popups, tarps, tents, or any screen rooms to be placed on the grounds.

No ground mats are to be used unless on the gravel.

Check in is 3PM, early arrivals are subject to additional fee. Check out is promptly at 11 AM . Late check may be possible with additional cost. 

Children are required to be with an adult at all times, helmets are required on bikes, scooters, etc. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Deer Springs RV Resort or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause. 

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
